LAKE LURE, N.C. — A huge milestone in western North Carolina, Lake Lure has entered a soft opening phase for boating, fishing and swimming.
With the sun shining down, and wind blowing through the mountains, it was a picture-perfect day Monday to be back out on the lake once again.
