Law enforcement received a call around 8:27pm on April 13th after reports of an assault at Chili’s restaurant on Military Road in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller said that inside of the restroom a female pushed her to the side causing her baby to become closed inside of the changing table, causing minor injury…
