EAST RIDGE, Tenn. — The American Legion Post 95 in East Ridge is hosting a ‘Walk to End Veteran Suicide’ this weekend in an effort to raise awareness and connect people with resources to help prevent veteran suicide.
The event is part of the American Legion’s nationwide “Be the One” effort to eliminate the stigma related to mental health and the number of veterans who die by suicide every day.
