LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Police have filed charges against an East Petersburg man accused of stealing items from 42 people’s cars over the course of several months.
The Manheim Township Police Department said the thefts were reported between Feb. 12 and April 8. Surveillance footage appeared to show the same suspect at each theft, police said, and investigators were eventually able to identify Logan Mesteller, 27, as the suspect.
