Foxtail Coffee Co. opened a new café on April 14, 2026, introducing its craft coffee concept to a prominent intersection at Three Oaks Parkway and Estero Parkway. The location, at 9985 Estero Oaks Drive, Suite 1, marks the third Foxtail Coffee Co. café owned and operated in Southwest Florida by Diana and Scott Willis.
The café is the first business to open within Estero Plaza, a newly developed retail center positioned to serve one of the area’s busiest corridors. The site places Foxtail Coffee Co. at the center of daily traffic from nearby residential communities, Florida Gulf Coast University, and professionals traveling through the corridor, offering a prime location for meet-ups and college preparation.
