WILMINGTON, DE — A 14-year-old boy is facing multiple charges after police reported a pursuit involving a stolen vehicle early Friday morning in Wilmington.
According to the New Castle County Division of Police, officers responded around 3:18 a.m. April 17 to the 400 block of South Scott Street for a report of a recently stolen Kia Optima.
