Parents in Mounds View are questioning schedule changes coming next school year at Highview Middle School, specifically the plan to cut music instruction from every day to every other day.
The issue was not on the Mounds View School Board agenda on Tuesday, but it brought at least 50 people out for regularly scheduled public comment.
