Rally highlights bike safety, e-bike bill in Hawaii

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Advocates for safer streets in Honolulu rallied on Tuesday, April 21, to celebrate a legal win thousands of miles away and call for safety improvements around Hawaii.

Cyclists and advocates gathered in Honolulu to stand in solidarity with riders in Washington, D.C., where a controversial plan to remove a protected bike lane was recently blocked in court.
