Towson attorney pleads guilty to bank fraud conspiracy in Baltimore real estate scheme

MARYLAND (WBFF) — A Towson attorney pled guilty on Wednesday to bank fraud charges related to a real estate scheme, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Maryland.

Officials reported that Jacob Rappaport, 41, was charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud and faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in federal prison.

Rappaport, an attorney, represented Alexander Schultz, 31, formerly of Pikesville, and Schultz’s company, Limitless Management, which was involved in buying, selling, and managing real estate in Maryland…
