BUFFALO, N.Y. — A list of potential jurors for the federal trial of Buffalo mass shooter Payton Gendron is coming into clearer focus.
Lawyers for Gendron successfully reversed some potential disqualifications. Many were based on people not providing enough information on questionnaires sent out last month. Other disqualifications, including those for health professionals and students, were allowed to go through.
They’ll now be part of the about 1,200 people summoned to the federal courthouse to fill out a more in-depth questionnaire in June…
