High-end bourbon illegally sold in North Carolina through underground operation: ABC Board

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Five citations or warrants were issued to individuals for the illegal sale of liquor in Mecklenburg County during a recent targeted multi-month operation.
