TIPP CITY, Ohio (WKEF) — Caleb Flynn’s attorneys submitted a lengthy witness list yesterday with nearly 130 names on it that can be called upon during his upcoming trial.
Flynn was indicted by a grand jury for the murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn.
The Defense can call upon these witnesses during the jury trial, along with any witnesses listed in the discovery by the State. The list includes many notable names from the Tipp City Police Department, the Miami County Sheriff’s Office, and Flynn’s neighbors…
