FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. — Two parents were arrested after investigators found three children living in severely unsanitary and unsafe conditions inside a Nassau County home, according to the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office.
Todd Joseph Lee and Lisa Marie Lee were taken into custody April 20, 2026, following an investigation into allegations of child neglect.
A sheriff’s office detective conducting a follow-up at the residence reported finding extensive hazardous conditions, including pooling urine, feces smeared on carpets and walls, raw meat left in multiple areas, scattered trash, roaches throughout the home, dirty dishes and flies in the sink…
