EAST LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – The attorney for the family of Isaiah Kirby, the stabbing suspect who was shot and killed by East Lansing police officers last week, is speaking out a week after his death.
Attorney Teresa Caine Bingman says the 21-year-old Michigan State University senior was shot 17 times.
