LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A walkway collapse at the Casa Mia apartments that displaced 18 people is now fueling a larger conversation about housing conditions in Lexington.
Two candidates running for the District 6 Urban County Council seat say what happened at Casa Mia reflects deeper issues tied to Lexington’s housing crisis.
