The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami Now Complete, Closings Commence

The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami, a 12-story, 228-unit condominium at 3100 NE 1st Avenue in Midtown Miami, is now complete. The building has received its temporary certificate of occupancy and commenced closings. Rosso Development, Hyatt, and Midtown Development are the project’s developers. Per a recent press release, the building is nearly sold out.

Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot in collaboration with The Standard’s in-house design team and landscaping by Naturalficial, the building marks The Standard brand’s first standalone residential property. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing exclusively. The site sits between Miami’s Design District and Wynwood.

The project yields 228 residences and over 34,000 square feet of amenity space. Rooftop amenities include a 60-foot pool and Solana, a rooftop restaurant and bar operated by the Juvia Group. Additional amenities include a fitness center, yoga and stretch studios, an infrared sauna, co-working lounges, a pickleball court that doubles as a disco room, and karaoke facilities.
