HAMPTON, Va. — A man is hospitalized with serious injuries after a Wednesday morning shooting in Hampton.
The shooting was reported at 7:20 a.m. on M.O. Herb Street off Old Buckroe Road, according to the Hampton Police Division. Officers arrived and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound initially believed to be non-life-threatening. However, while the man was receiving care, his condition was upgraded to life-threatening. He was taken to a hospital for treatment.
