PENSACOLA, Fla. — The City of Pensacola’s Community Redevelopment Agency has rejected a tax break for a mixed-use housing development at Maritime Park.
That project is called “Reverb by Hard Rock Pensacola.”
The developers, “Inspired Communities of Florida, LLC”, are partnering with Hard Rock Hotel to build it. But the developers say they need some financial help from the city to make it happen…
