LUBBOCK, Texas — Mario Juarez, 24, was arrested on the charge of Injury to a Child, Intentionally, Knowingly, Recklessly or with Criminal Negligence and Assault Domestic Violence and Failure to Render Aid after multiple incidents beginning in 2018.
