NEWKIRK — Kayla Rochelle Kelly, 34, Coweta, entered a guilty plea in Kay County District Court last week before Judge Thomas Griesedieck to an amended charge of possession of cocaine. I all she was sentenced in two felony cases and two misdemeanor cases. She is ordered to serve a five year suspended prison sentence and one year suspended in the county jail. Arrested with her was Michelle Madison Pease. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in August.
PCPD arrest two on drug charges during traffic stop
PONCA CITY — Ponca City police arrested two females following a traffic stop conducted on Sept. 30 at Ninth Street and Cleveland.
Police report that Madison Michelle Pease, 30, and Kayla Rochelle Kelly, 33, were arrested at the scene on complaints of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to commit a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police report that officer seized 20 grams of cocaine, a plastic straw used to ingest cocaine, two aluminum cans with burnt white residue, a glass smoking pipe with burnt residue and clear baggies which were used to package and distribute cocaine.
In a press release police report that Pease admitted to selling cocaine in small amounts and that she had just sold a small amount of cocaine, prior to the traffic stop…
