A proposed development would put more than 200 townhomes near North Main Street in the Mount Holly area.
The Holly Heights Townhome Development is a proposed 207 townhomes near North Main Street and Mackenzie Boulevard. All townhomes would have three bedrooms and would be 1,200 to 1,600 square feet, City Planner Brandon Livingston said in a recent meeting.
