PARKESBURG, PA — A 19-year-old man is being sought after police say he allegedly fled from officers during a late-night vehicle pursuit earlier this month.
According to Parkesburg police, the incident occurred at approximately 11:50 p.m. on April 12 in the 100 block of South Church Street, where officers attempted to initiate a stop. Police reported that the driver allegedly fled, leading to a pursuit.
Investigators said a felony arrest warrant was issued April 21 by District Court 15-3-07 for Joseph Ray Kline, 19, of Parkesburg, charging him with fleeing and eluding and related offenses…
