MADISON, Wis. — It was a bittersweet day at the Henry Vilas Zoo as the city said goodbye to Bandit, the five-year-old red panda who has been in Madison for four years.
The zoo hosted a farewell party for Bandit on Wednesday ahead of his departure tomorrow. He is being moved to another AZA-accredited institution.
