Students from the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University recently had the opportunity to showcase their skills on a national stage at The Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia.
A group of 35 students represented the institute, working behind the scenes in Berckmans Place, a premier hospitality venue known for its high-end dining experience. The students assisted in preparing and serving cuisine for guests attending one of golf’s most prestigious events.
