NORFOLK, Va (WAVY) – The Virginia Department of Health has already reported a surge in heat-related illnesses. It’s important to know the warning signs, because too much heat can cause permanent mental damage.
Many will be taking their exercise routines outside. But as the temps climb, so do your chances of getting seriously sick.
“When the weather is going to be particularly hot, you do want to take it easy with the strenuous outdoor exercise.
