LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Two FCPS parents say they were never notified by the school district that a teacher allegedly threw objects at their 10-year-old son with autism during class last school year.
Demond Warner and Leona Thomas say the incidents happened between October and January at William Wells Brown Elementary School. Records show Fayette County Public Schools and Child Protective Services investigated the claims, but the parents only learned about them three weeks ago from another student’s grandmother.
