NORFOLK, Va. — Motorists can expect delays at the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel in Norfolk due to planned road restrictions.
Officials say the westbound entrance ramp to I-64 will be closed from 12:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on April 23.
