VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Sparks could be seen flying from a truck that was missing its front tire after witnesses reported it had hit a guardrail and kept traveling on Interstate 4 on three wheels on Wednesday.
Around 4:30 p.m., a witness called 911 while taking video of a Chevy Silverado pickup truck heading east on I-4 in Seminole County.
