Roof partially slides off two-flat building in South Chicago

The roof of a South Chicago two-flat slid off on Thursday afternoon, authorities said.

Around 2:15 p.m., authorities said they responded to the 3000 block of East 80th Street in South Chicago and found a two-story building that was partly collapsed after the roof slid partially off.

Video showed the roof hanging partially off the side of the building and bricks could be seen in a pile underneath where the roof hung.

No injuries were immediately reported.
