FITCHBURG, Wis. (WMTV) – Fitchburg Police Department announced Thursday that a third person was arrested in a December 2025 homicide.
The police department said Terryoine Holloway, 17, is accused of felony murder, attempted armed robbery- as party to a crime and possession of a firearm as an adjudicated delinquent.
