Idaho couple found guilty in ‘kill list’ manifesto case

BOISE, Idaho — An Idaho couple accused of dozens of felonies over a ‘kill list’ manifesto were found guilty of 60 charges each on Thursday.

Jonathan Harms, 43, was found guilty on 62 counts: guilty to 20 counts of first-degree stalking charges, and guilty on all 40 counts of intimidating, impeding, influencing, or preventing the attendance of a witness charges.

His wife, Jolene Harms, 39, was found guilty on 60 charges: 20 counts of first-degree stalking charges, and 40 counts of intimidating, impeding, influencing, or preventing the attendance of a witness charges…
