SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane police said a city employee’s 911 call helped officers track down a suspect in a stolen vehicle after a reckless driving report on Wednesday.
Police reported an officer first responded around 7 a.m. to the 7000 block of North Colton for a stolen vehicle call. About an hour later, at 8:10 a.m., a Spokane city employee called 911 after spotting a vehicle with a flat tire driving recklessly near Seventh Avenue and Inland Empire Way.
