The trial of 24-year-old Dajuan Heath continued on April 23 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge Kendra Y. Ausby with testimony from officers and a medical examiner who investigated the case.
Heath is charged with first-degree murder, multiple firearm offenses, conspiracy and armed robbery in connection to a homicide that occurred last August in a McDonald’s parking lot.
