Drought and dark skies loom for local commercial farmers

CHESAPEAKE,Va. (WAVY) — Four generations of Cutrell’s have worked the fields in Chesapeake. Farming is plan A for Heath Cutrell. He doesn’t have a plan B.

“So we’re planting corn right now; and this is all commercial corn. Probably and go overseas.” said Cutrell.
