COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – A karate instructor jumped into action to save two boys from drowning at a private pool party, using skills from his background as a college swimmer.
Tony Thomas, owner of Tony Thomas Family Karate in Columbia, noticed two young boys silently slipping under the water in the deep end of a pool while attending a party he almost didn’t go to. Without hesitation, he jumped in fully clothed to pull them both to safety.
