EDINBORO, Pa. – Warren County School District students earned multiple honors at a regional STEM Design Challenge held at the Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit 5 in Edinboro earlier this month.
Fourth- and fifth-grade teams competed on April 13, followed by middle school students in grades 6 through 8 on April 14. Schools represented included Beaty-Warren Middle School, Eisenhower Elementary Middle School, Sheffield Area Elementary Middle School, Warren Area Elementary Center, and Youngsville Elementary Middle School.
This year’s challenge required students to research, plan, and design a section of a factory using sustainable practices.
