AUBURN, Ind. (WANE) — Hundreds of classic cars crowd a DeKalb County showroom before the Auburn Spring Auction’s kickoff Friday.
But this year, you won’t hear the name Worldwide Auctioneers. The company’s owners switched their namesake back to Kruse Auctions, a name they say clears any confusion automotive enthusiasts may have about Auburn car auctions.
John Kruse, owner and auctioneer of Kruse Auctions, said over the years, different ownership and names have been involved with Auburn car auctions, including the Kruse family and RM Sotheby’s Auction Company.
