JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa — Trash and recycling are piling up for some Johnson County residents who say they are still paying full price despite repeated missed pickups, and some are now threatening to take their complaints to the state.
Jan Erceg, who lives in Solon, said she never knows from week to week whether her trash and recycling will be collected.
