WINNEBAGO COUNTY, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford’s Family Peace Center and the Carrie Lynn Children’s Center are closer to moving in together after a funding grant is helping to pave the way for both organizations to be under the same roof.
“To be able to walk into one door and get all of the resources that a survivor needs to be connected to for their own trauma. And not only that, but to have their children be able to have those same wraparound services in the same building is just incredible,” said Rockford Family Peace Centerexecutive director Jennifer Cacciapaglia.
