Assault case in Spokane County leads to arrest in Kalispell, Montana

SPOKANE, Wash. — A domestic violence investigation on the West Plains led detectives to Kalispell, Montana, where 31-year-old Conner J. Hays was arrested and brought back to Spokane County, Spokane County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said in a release.

According to the sheriff’s office, Hays was at a home on East Jacobs road where he pointed a loaded handgun at three victims and threatened to kill them. Investigators also said he hit one adult male victim in the head with the gun and pushed two female victims to the ground several times.

When deputies arrived, the sheriff’s office said Hays was gone and so was an adult female victim who was in a dating relationship with him…
