Convicted felon arrested in Montana following domestic violence attack

KALIPELL, Mont. — A four-time convicted felon was arrested in Montana this week after allegedly pointing a loaded handgun at three people and threatening to kill them during a domestic violence incident on Spokane’s West Plains last month, according to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office.

Conner J. Hays, 31, was booked into Spokane County Jail on Monday after Major Crimes Detectives traveled to Kalispel, Montana, to transport him back to face multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, deputies said.
