BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 77-year-old man has been formally accused of murdering his wife last December, the Erie County District Attorney’s Office said Friday.
Anderson Tate, Sr., of Buffalo, was indicted Thursday for the alleged murder of his wife, 70-year-old Patricia Tate, in the late night hours of Dec. 30, 2025 at a home on Cedar Avenue. Tate is accused of killing his wife through blunt force trauma to the head. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
