NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A water main break has led to significant traffic disruptions in the 7400 block of Tidewater Drive between Biltmore Road and Stanley Street/ Central Business Park Drive in Norfolk.
According to officials, the area is closed until further notice. Police are on scene assisting with traffic.
