DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — A man who allegedly participated in a shootout appeared in court today and is under arrest for possessing a machine gun.
According to a press release from the Southern District of Ohio’s U.S. Attorney’s Office, 25-year-old James Thomas Hurt was allegedly involved in the shooting at the RTA bus hub in Downtown Dayton in September of last year.
