FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Friday, the Allen County Board of Commissioners turned down the rezoning of a property that would have been transformed into 689 homes in southwest Allen County.
The future is now up in the air for the 170 acres that would have been the Communities of Calusa.
Coverdale Development, LLC had filed an application with the Allen County Board of Zoning Appeals for the development.
