Oak Ridge – Details are still developing following a Thursday afternoon incident in Oak Ridge, where an e-bike rider was injured after his bike reportedly flipped at the intersection of South Illinois Avenue and the Turnpike.
Emergency crews responded quickly, with the Oak Ridge Fire Department and Oak Ridge Police Department arriving first on the scene. Traffic in the area was temporarily detoured while first responders treated the injured rider.
