MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – The 18-year-old accused in a fatal hit-and-run crash on Interstate 75 in Manatee County has pleaded not guilty and requested a jury trial.
Jonathan Matos-Morales also waived formal arraignment.
