Movement of two oversized loads Saturday from the Port of Toledo to Toledo Refining Co. refinery will require short-term “traffic disruptions” along the route, the Toledo Department of Transportation said.
The first load is scheduled to leave the area of the George Gradel Co. dock off Front Street at Millard Avenue about 9 a.m. and travel Front to Oak Street and Woodville Road to go to the refinery, officials said.
