EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Marathon weekend is bringing multiple races to town, with events for adults, kids and spectators scheduled across Saturday and Sunday.
The first race of the weekend is the Eugene 5K, set to start at 8 a.m. Saturday on Agate Street outside Hayward Field. The course is five kilometers, or just over three miles, and participants will have one hour to finish.
Also on Saturday, the Kids Duck Dash is scheduled for runners ages 2 to 12. Children 7 and under must run with a chaperone. The Duck Dash begins at 9:30 a.m., starting just north of Hayward Field on 15th Avenue, and the race is approximately one kilometer long…
