» Defense Claims Evidence Lacking in West Baltimore Murder Case

The trial of 45-year-old Jerrod Fenwick continued on April 24 before Baltimore City Circuit Court Judge John A. Howard with jurors hearing testimony from witnesses who investigated the murder of 38-year-old Dwayne Flintall.

Fenwick is charged with first-degree murder and four gun violations in connection to the fatal shooting, which occurred Feb. 16, 2024 at a residence on the 900 block of N. Carrollton Avenue.

At trial, Flintall’s girlfriend recalled speaking with the victim on the night of the murder. Around 3 a.m., she heard gunfire while inside the residence and went downstairs to see her boyfriend lying prone on the sidewalk outside…
